Clicking Notification Crashes the App

Hi,

I got a Fitbit Blaze for Xmas. It's updated to the latest version, as is the app on my Galaxy S6. When I click the notifications option on the app to configure it the app always crashes. I have restarted the phone, reinstalled the app and restarted the fitbit- none of this helps.

The fitbit is correctly synced to the phone.

Can anyone help, please?

Since I updated my phone to android 7.1.1 I have been having the same problem.  Trying to figure it out, too.

Good to know I'm not the only one.

Got the Blaze recently and having similar issues so you're not alone, have a Nexus 6P on 7.1.1 and crashes every time I try to go into the notifications menu for the Blaze (though that menu on my old Charge HR still works fine)

Working through options and ideas with tech support at the moment, though one person on twitter who was having similar issues with their Samsung S7 managed to resolve it by doing a factory reset on the phone. Trying to avoid that unless I absolutely have to and/or know that will 100% work, but may have to try it

In the end reluctantly went down the factory reset route and that fixed the issue, now works fine and can access the notification menu and set everything up, now all working fine. Pain having to reinstall everything from scratch but at least it worked
