Clock Face Problems - Blaze

I've just bought the Fitbit Blaze and am happy with everything so far although it's certainly not without glitches.

I can't change the clock face to the 'Arc' display - every time I try this it starts to sync and then produces a 'Clock Error - go to Fitbit app and try another clock' message on the tracker. I can use other clock styles without any problems.

My phone is a Moto G4 running Android 6.01 and I can only seem to connect via Bluetooth Classic. I'm wondering if this could be the problem - i.e. the Bluetooth isn't powerful enough.

Hi there @Steve_H041077, its seems you are new, so let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. It's been a few days since you posted so I'm hoping the issue not longer persists.

However if you are experiencing this error, let's give it a try to the following steps:

1. Restart the tracker

  • Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  • Let go of the buttons.

2. Put the tracker into the charging cable and plug in the charging cable.

3. Try changing the clock face again.

Hope these steps help you to resolved the error. See you around!

Thanks Roberto, that seemed to do the job! Once I'd reset the Blaze and fully charged, I restarted my phone, reconnected to bluetooth and this time it worked. Really like the Arc clock face! 🙂

Hi @Steve_H041077, I'm glad to hear you were able to change the clock face of your Blaze. Really nice isn't? I believed the Arc display is the most complex among the other clock faces available as it shows all your stats in one simple view.
