Hi so I've had my versa for almost a month and whenever I go to change my clock face colors it takes forever to edit and even when the app is updated sometimes my clock face wont even appear. It is very frustrating. Any ideas as to why? I have an android galaxy s8+

Depending on complexity some of the clock faces are slow to load (size of file) because Bluetooth is not a "fast" exchange. For best results I stick to the fitbit authored faces since they seem a bit more efficient; it is fun to try out some of the user developer ones as well.
