My screen just displays an exclamation point and won't do anything. Help please!!!

Lost connection and can't sync time and battery level Pipes.
Turn off your mobile.
Reset your tracker : find model here
Turn mobile back on
Launch fit bit app, touch and pull down on screen -
Everything back to normal?
If not. Delete fitbit app and install fresh one from fitbit.com/setup

If not go to Bluetooth settings and switch off for a minute and then switch back on so your mobile finds your tracker.
Didn't find it? Contact customer service chat and let them know what you have tried so they can offer more options. Be sure to tell them what tracker model you have...
