Why is the time always off by the minutes when it started synching?

My synch time is 4 min. The clock is slow 4 minutes. Annoying.

Thanks for bringing this up.

 

It seems like it is related to the time the Fitbit takes to sync. Since the sync is started at a specific time and the process takes 4 minutes, when the Fitbit syncs it thinks the time is still the same as when it started to sync and thus sets that as the time. I'd recommend that you try following all of the steps in this help article to get it to sync faster and thus the time should be correct.
