Clock problem

My clock will not stay set no matter what I do. I had an Alta hr, everything was fine with it then I woke up and the time was off, I tried everything and it just kept the wrong time so I bought a versa lite and it is doing the same thing. Every time I set the right time zone, it kicks me back to the wrong time zone.

@PamilaK Hi and Welcome - not sure if you have already tried the following (you probably have)

  1. From Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Turn off the Automatic time zone option.
  4. Tap Select time zone and select the correct time zone.
  5. Sync your tracker.

note that you need to sync and what's not stated is the change back to Automatic do this after you have synced your device  - also have you checked the location is correct (I keep auto location turned off if im not travelling) it may make it more stable to leave it off if your staying in one area

might be worth trying a device reset as well and then re-syncing as a last resort on this line of action

Hope this give another perspective

Kind Regards

Wayne

I finally fixed it, I went on the pc and set the timezone and it actually stayed, the app wouldn't stop changing it every time I synced.
