I downloaded a clock that requires payment so I tried to download another clock and it won't let me do it

Two things I would try immediately, @Karen4360:

  1. Power off your dashboard. Close Fitbit completely. If you are accessing the dashboard from a computer, restart it. 
  2. Restart your Fitbit watch. Instructions are here here.
  3. Try again to change watch faces.

If this does not work, please let us know the name of the clock that is causing the problems.
