It doesn't surprise me that this thread was closed what does is that you had the audacity to mark it solved.
What, pray tell me, was solved?
As far as I can see from the current stream of postings the problems with notifications and synching are still ongoing. The comments about the new app that you have garnered may be sufficient for the company's purpose, if that is the case say so, but please do not imply that it solves any of the problems that have been caused.
