I am unable to send invites to closed groups that I am a member of. I have only been able to invite other users to a few groups about a month ago when the closed groups feature became available. I have recently joined a few new groups and when I try to invite folks to any of the closed groups (even older groups in which I was able to successfully send invites in the past) the app just crashes and gives me the option restart the app or report the issue. Any solution to this issue?

@MzP Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your closed groups. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also go to settings > apps > Fitbit and delete the cache data there.

Thank you @AlvaroFitbit - I tried the path of least resistance first logging out of the app and then logging in- that did not work. Then I cleared the app’s cache as you instructed and then logged out of the app and logged back in but that also did not work. I finally deleted the app all together and this method finally solved the issue.
A million thanks in responding so quickly- I really do appreciate this info as this has been driving me batty for quite a few weeks. Very helpful indeed and you have also restored my faith in knowing that moderators really are monitoring to provide solutions. Love the Fitbit community, thank you for enhancing my experience with the app.I will pass on the info to anyone else having issues or hopefully they will check out your solution here. Thanks again
