@ska45 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry, I'd like to know if you are trying the see the Community through the Fitbit app or the web-based Dashboard. If possible, please provide a screenshot of the page that is missing the Community tab.

@ska45 Thanks for getting back! The Community tab is not available in the app. You just need to tap on the "Account settings" which is located at the upper right corner in order to get the "Community forums" then scroll down and tap on the "Help" button. You'll be able to see the help articles, iOS app forum etc.

 

The Community tab can be viewed through the web-based Dashboard only.

@JuanJoFitbit I think you are talking about the forums (where we are now)

 

@ska45 I think you may be talking about the new community feature available in the app as described here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2187/ which was introduced in the US earlier this year but has yet to rollout elsewhere
