p20 lite and versa 2 still not compatible?

the sync. does'not work at all

@mcgorin01 As you can see on the link shared by @Odyssey13 above, Huawei P20 Lite has compatibility issues with the Fitbit app. You can try the tips from this help article: What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone? to use the app on your phone.

 

By the way, I moved your post to the Android board to keep the Community organized.
