Hi
My p20 Pro does not sync even though it is featured on the compatible list?
Please help me to fix my issue as my charge 3 is completely useless!

Hello @Zoe050188, it's good to see you around in the Community forums. Thank you for sharing this information about the Huawei P20 Pro not syncing.
As you mentioned earlier, this phone model is currently present in the list of compatible devices. Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems?
Please keep me posted.

Hello @Bongie, welcome to the forums, it's good to see you around for the first time. Sorry for the late reply.
Thank you for your question about the compatibility of the Huawei P20. I can see the P20 Pro and the P20 Lite have been included in the compatibility list, but unfortunately we haven't received any new information about this phone model you mentioned.
I do recommend that you check this article with the updated list of compatible phones every once in a while to confirm if your phone has been included, but there's no specific time frame for this to happen.
Let me know if you have further questions.

I'm so disappointed! I've been using fitbit for years and contacted fitbit about problems with my charge 2 not syncing with my phone. At no time was I advised that the Huawei p20 was not compatible. I thought it was because I had a slight crack across my screen - so got a new charge 2 and it was fine for a week and now not syncing, can't find device etc etc. Very disappointed with the advice I was given and now after all this time am going to have to look for a different tracker 😭😭

In the playstore there is an app called Sync Fix for Fitbit and Huawei Phones. It will work

Hello @KarenR147, thank you for all your feedback regarding the compatibility of your Huawei device. Could you please confirm which is the specific model you're using? As mentioned earlier, the Huawei P20 Pro and the P20 Lite have been included in the compatibility list, but not the Huawei P20. Please keep me posted.
Thank you for sharing this information @dave_in_ni.

Hi @Toxicrose, it's good to see you around in the Community forums.
Thank you for your inquiry about the compatibility. There are a few P20 devices included on the list, could you please confirm which mobile device are you using? The Huawei P20 Pro and the P20 Lite have been included in the compatibility list, but not the original Huawei P20.
Please keep me posted.

I've the original P20. The fix worked for a while so thank you for that. I've found if I sync to my tablet it then shows on my phone. A pain but a kind of acceptable workaround

Thank you for confirming your phone model @KarenR147. Sorry for the late reply.
I've confirmed the original Huawei P20 model is not currently listed as a compatible device. Even through some users have been able to sync without any problem, it's not possible to guarantee that it'll always work properly if the phone hasn't been included. However, some users have been able to sync after following the steps listed in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Unfortunately we haven't received any updates to be able to know when more devices will be included in the list of compatibility. I hope too that other phone models can be included in the near future.
Let me know if you have further questions.

I have to agree. I'm extremely disappointed, this is my first fitbit and only wish it was stated clearly what phones were compatible. I've the p20 and can't believe it's still not on the list. Bought the Versa 2 after looking ages for a fitness tracker. Notifications come every now and then. Awful shame considering the price and having arm movements counted as steps. Called customer service and was pretty much told tough, it will count arm movement. Wouldn't recommend the fitbit to anyone after my experience 😑

Thank you for all your feedback about the compatibility and the way the watch counts your steps @Aimz91 .
I hope more devices can be added to the compatibility list in the future, but we haven't received any other updates about this for the moment.
It's possible that you will get some steps for arm movements as well, but they shouldn't have any large impact on your daily totals. Remember the device will try to give you credit for all movements throughout the day. You can find other recommendations to improve the accuracy of the device here as well: How accurate are Fitbit devices?
Let me know if you have further questions.

The comments are from last year. Is the P20 working with any Fitbit now in January 2020?

Hi @allis.quesa @Toxicrose @Posey1984, welcome to the Community forums. Sorry for the late response.
Thank you for all the information about the trouble you've been having with the notifications. Could you please confirm if you're having this same problem with notifications from other apps, or it's only with Whatsapp notifications?
I've confirmed this phone model (Huawei P20) is currently not listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app: Which devices are compatible with the fitbit app?
As mentioned earlier, if a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch, however, we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility. Some users have also been able to receive notifications after following the steps listed in this article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
Let me know if you have further questions.

April 2020. Fitbit still does not seem to support the regular P20. I bought a charge 4, but couldn't set it up. The 4 digit code kept failing, no matter what I tried. Why does fitbit support the lite and the pro but not the regular P20 anyway?
Really dissapointed to have to refund my purchase due to such a seemingly minor issue.
