Hello Fitbit friends - I've seen some generic responses from the Fitbit admins regarding compatibility between the Ionic and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Does anyone have insight into a fix? I just got a new phone and am extremely disappointed that my Ionic won't work with the Note 10. I understand that "they're working on it," but is there a fix to use in the interim?

Let me share with you that we are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended with our products and services. As it turns out, at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advice for you will be to constantly check our list for any update.
