Any update on when we can pair with Huawei p30 pro? Devastated I can't use my versa now as I've upgraded

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that we are always working and testing new devices to make sure that they meet all the necessary requirements to be compatible with our products and services. That being said, my best recommendation will be to keep your Android and Fitbit app up to date and periodically check our list of compatible devices here to receive an update about the Huawei P30 Pro.  

 

Even though your mobile device is not compatible, If you haven't already done so I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to verify if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Basically same respons now for months... I'm giving up, can wait this long and spend this much time checking and checking and checking.
