Why is the app not compatible with my LG K10 2017. Some features of the app work but not all, its very frustrating.

Hello @Tilly140 welcome aboard, I'm happy to give you information to resolve your inquiry.
As it turns out, the LG K10 2017 is not listed as a compatible mobile device with our products and services due to certain connectivity difficulties. Even though you're able to use certain features, some of them will not work as we designed due to this connection difficulties with our Fitbit products. That said, to get a better Fitbit experience I recommend you to use your Fitbit device with one of our compatible devices.
I recommend to check this post which will explain you how to download our Fitbit app in your computer as an alternate syncing option.

I'm sorry to see that you feel such way, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Take in consideration that we are always updating our Fitbit app, therefore, even though you were able to use your Fitbit device with no difficulties, because of the fact that your mobile device is not currently listed as compatible with our products and services, we cannot ensure a proper functionality with all the Fitbit device features. Please try with a compatible device and let me know if this situation persist.
