I have a Moto G5 Plus and it was syncing fine up until Nov. 18 or so. Now it will no longer sync. I just was on with Fitbit support for over an hour, trying everything, no luck. It looks like it's because Moto G5 plus is not on the list of supported Android devices. Fitbit, please add Motorola G5 and G5 Plus to the list of supported devices!
Thank you... I gave up and returned two Fitbits.....now a cheap £30 device which syncs perfectly and does a better job!
