Compatibility with Motorola Moto Z droid

I just changed phones and got a Moto Z Droid. I spend hrs today (away from home) trying to figure out how to make a change on my phone. When I got home I had to make the change on my computer. Then looked up to find out that Moto Z is NOT compatible with my fitbit. Not Happy.

I have a Motorola Z also and I'm having the same problem it will not sync it did it  when I first hooked up my new fitbit3 but now it just will not sync I'm really disgusted with this I should have stayed with my charge 2 I wonder what they're going to do to fix the problem. Any answers Fitbit? Linda

Moto Z Series is still not on the supported devices list.  This is getting rediculous!

The official compatibility list for Motorola hasn't been updated for a long
time and is still missing Moto Z.

This is the troubleshooting article I used.  I have the Charge 2 and Z Force Droid.  Up until today, no notifications.  It has been working so far all day today...knock wood.

or MotoZ Force2. The guy told me that they focus on Apple and Samsung...
So it's not looking good... He sent me some instructions to try but I'm not
holding my breath...

Thanks to everyone who has inquired about Moto support. This is unbelievable that they have yet to support Moto.  I wished I had seen reviews like this before buying the Versa.  I may try to return this and go with Garmin as was suggested to me before I bought Versa.

Which Garmin did you like?  I'm actually thinking of moving to that instead of my versa . Do Garmin's work with MyFitnessPal?

The day after in posted mine started working all of a sudden.  I have the charge 3 and Moto z.

I believe they are compatible but I mostly use the Garmin Connect app.

I switched from a Fitbit Blaze to a Garmin Vivomove.

The Blaze was alright but never connected to phone properly so features
were effectively useless.

Garmin seems to be more compatible with Android.

I have the Z Force Droid (Verizon) and it is working.

I have been looking at Garmin Vivoactive 3 but could never find any definitive answer on whether or not it would work with my Z Force Droid.

Can you share the z force instructions? That's what I have as well. I originally tried using the ionic and it didn't work. Now I have the charge 2 and I get random notifications.
