Hello,
I bought my first smart watch, the Ionic. I am surprised to see that my watch is not compatible with Nokia 8.1 or Lenovo Vibe X3. When will Fitbit provide update for pairing my Nokia 8.1 with Ionic?

Welcome to the Forums @shakshar.
As you mentioned, the Nokia 8.1 is not a supported device.
At this moment we do not have any news of when we can expect the phone to be added to the list. Having said that, maybe you could post about it in our Feature Suggestions board. That way other users could comment and vote on the idea to show their support. Be sure to read the FAQ if you have any questions on how the board works.
It is important to mention that as long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing .
If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Sorry, I tried all options to sync my phone, Nokia 8.1. It simply does not sync. Nothing. It is such a disappointment. I regret having bought Fitbit Ionic without without verifying it's compatibility with my Android One phone. Wasted USD 229 😞 😞

Hello @shakshar.
I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for taking the time to try all of the steps I recommended.
Given that following those troubleshooting steps didn't get your Fitbit to sync to that phone, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
