OnePlus 2 and all the phones after, are not listed as compatible devices with Fitbit Charge 3. Is there a timeline as to when all these devices will be added to the list of compatible devices?

@ssawarde1990 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! I moved your post to the Android App Board as there are more chances to get answers to your post here. Thanks for your interest in syncing a Charge 3 while using a OnePlus 2 phone.

The developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. If your phone meets the requirement of Minimum Supported OS (Android 5.0 Lollipop), you can try the tips on this helpful article.
 
Note that we don't guarantee that the synchronization will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.  
 
Also, there is not a timeline as to when these devices will be added to the list of compatible devices. I'd recommend keeping an eye on this Feature Suggestion for updates on the OnePlus 2.
