It's great to have you here @PrincePP. Welcome!
Unfortunately this mobile device is still not included in the list. You can go ahead and install the Fitbit app to your phone and still use it to manually log your exercise, food or sleep. Even though the phone specs are the required ones, the tracker might not work properly when it comes to syncing.
If you have any other questions, please contact me back.

Hello @Mcore
Thanks for the note. I will keep the forum posted if the sync works on A5.
Also do you have a list of devices that are in beta testing with Charge HR please? Would be happy to see if my phone is included there.
Thanks once again.

It's great to have you here in the Forums @msgriff8. Welcome! I haven't heard any updates about this, however, I believe that there are other users waiting for this phone model to become a supported syncing device as well, so my recommendation is for you to post your request in our Feature Requests forum. This is a great place to get the attention of Fitbit's developers and other users that can vote for your request. You can also use the "search" toolbar to see if someone else has posted this request so you can vote for it.
If you have any other questions or comments, feel free to contact me back. ![]()
Hello, can you tell me how you made it work? I have the same phone and my fitbit charge HR will not connect.
Thank you

Welcome aboard @Annplutt @PrincePP! It's great to have you here. Since the Samsung Galaxy A5 hasn't been tested to be a compatible device yet, you might be able to pair your tracker to it, however, you might find some issues syncing your data. Once this device gets added to our supported device list, you will be able to pair and sync without a problem.
If you wish for this phone model to be added to this list, feel free to vote for this request.
Any other questions, let me know.
