Noticed it was taking forever to sync my fitbit to my new phone and ended up checking that Redmi Note 3 is not on the compatible phone list
Any idea when it is going to be added as a compatible phone?
I own the Fitbit blaze and changed phones from Nexus 5x to the note 3 a couple of days ago

@MohitG the Redmi Note 3 is not on our list of supported devices at this time. Our Android Team is always working to test and add more devices to our supported devices list. I recommend keeping an eye on this list as it will be updated when more devices are listed as supported.
At this time, I recommend setting up your device using a different mobile supported device or using a computer to complete the process. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but hope this helps to get you up and tracking your activity.

No worries @MohitG !
If you only sync your tracker with a mobile device, you don't need the dongle. Some computers that can communicate with the tracker over Bluetooth also don't need the dongle. However, because a computer's Bluetooth signal can occasionally be weak or problematic, it's a good idea to keep the dongle nearby even if you usually sync without it.
The Bluetooth-equipped computers that don't generally require a dongle are:
Fitbit Blaze is not shipped with a dongle since most of its features are optimized for a mobile device, which means that your Surge should had included the Dongle when you made the purchase. If you have a Windows PC without Bluetooth, you can sync Blaze using its charging cable. To sync Blaze with any other computer that lacks Bluetooth, you can buy a dongle on the Fitbit Store.
Have a great day!

Hey,
I am just one step before buying Fitbit Charge 2. But I am worried about using it with my phone - Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro. It is not on supported devices list... Can you tell me if it is able to use with my phone? Or any information about when it will be added to supported devices list?
Many thanks.
Karol

I bought Charge 2....and I noticed that my phone (Redmi Note 3) is not auto syncing with it...and I can't get notifications (calls /messages) on my tracker.
I am missing such a wonderful facility of the tracker.
Please let me know when Redmi Note 3 will be compatible.
Is there any way I can get the notifications working?
Thanks in advance..
