Fitbit is not compatible wit LG G4 Android phones. All features DO NOT work with Android phones! This is generally not know until AFTER you purchase their product. I asked when this update would take place. Well hopefully soon they said. Our IT development staff is implementing changes. DO NOT PURCHASE IF NOT COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR DEVICE. ONLY GET MINIMAL FEATURES. COULD GAVE GOTTEN SAME FEATURES WITH $30.00 FITNESS TRACKER, VERY DISAPPOINTED

This is a great way to say you really don't give a crap...we have your
money and not interested in what you say about our product. I have tried
your suggestion and white frankly very disappointed. I keep getting someone
who tells me to call someone else...just like you! Be honest...is there a
solution or not? Why is it so hard to be honest??? You have my money, I
bought your product, where is the respect in a company standing up for
their product? Face the truth..the ads are misleading..your product is not
compatible with Android Android phones meeting criteria..of course the
information isn't revealed until product is purchased.

I apologize if I offended any one by expressing my disappointment with your
product. I see nothing is being done...I am getting the digruntled customer
shuffle. It is so unappreciated!

The same happened to me!  It is only after you purchase the product do you find out it is not compatable with the androids various models. I am so angry!  I will not recommend this to anyone!
