Why don't they tell you when you buy your fitbit, that some phones are not compatible with your phone.l have syncing lssues all the time. I bought it at best buy and l been to the store all most everyday for 2 weeks, yesterday we called fitbit on the phone and they told us your phone is not a 100% compatible. Should l buy up grade one they said no, They all would do the same. I have a LG x venture android phone. Fitbit be careful there are companies will step up and fix this for us and the will call it a different name.

@Cheftaz45 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear about your syncing issues with your Fitbit device. Usually the website of compatible devices (https://www.fitbit.com/devices) is listed on the box. The list isn't exclusive so many phones that aren't listed do work with Fitbit devices. Try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all the devices listed there. Make sure that the Fitbit app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps> Fitbit > permissions) and that no battery saving app is killing the app while it is in the background. Finally restart your phone and then restart your device following these instructions.
Let me know how it goes!
