It would not hurt to try the following suggestions to address the issues you are experiencing: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
At the moment there are no updates about this model but rest assure our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!
