FitBit needs to improve the Bluetooth connection between the Android app and the FitBit Blaze watch. Each release of the app the Bluetooth connectivity gets worse. I now have to go through several steps to reset the Bluetooth connection between the app and the watch on a daily basis. That's truly sad. A stable Bluetooth connection is not that difficult to achieve - please work to improve this user experience. One the Bluetooth connection is finally completed it takes forever for the synch to complete. I have used phones and tablets with the same experience - even several different Internet connections. Truly sad. Fix this. This type of poor service is inexcusable. Thank you. Rob.

Hi there @RobRocker, nice to have you here as a new member of the Fitbit Community! I was reading your comments and let me thank you for sharing your honest feedback about the functionality of the Fitbit tracker and the Bluetooth connectivity.
There are recent reports that one of the latest version of the Android app was presenting issues at the moment to sync. We are working to fix this as soon as possible since it is an inconvenience for our users not being able to upload their data. For more details take a look to our latest update here: Syncing issues since 2.64 Android app update.
You mentioned about trying different troubleshooting steps to address this issue, so as a matter of review I would like to share with you the following post to see if there is something missing to try: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). Additionally we have started to roll out a new version of the Android app, so take a look to the Google Play store to see if the new version is available for you: Android app version 2.65.1 is now available - 1/25.
See you later and let me know if the new version make a difference for you.

The new version of the FitBit Android help helped with the Bluetooth connectivity but it still takes awhile for the synch process. FitBit needs to improve the way the FitBit watch updates via Bluetooth. The process is much more difficult than it needs to be.
