Hi there @J80cahill, nice to have new faces in the Fitbit Community. I was reading your post and in this case will depend of some external factors.
If this is an app that is able to work with our open API you need to search in their app the way to connect both accounts, only if this is supported. For more details please refer to this article: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
In the other hand, if this is a motion program, you need to have specific link or instructions for your Fitbit app communicates with other wellness services. Although this depend of the program you have enroll and if is supported by Fitbit.
Otherwise since this does't figure among our supported third party apps, the best way to tell if an app is compatible with Fitbit is to go to the third party site (or app) and poke around their settings to see if you can connect Fitbit.
