I just bought a (second-hand) fitbit Charge 2, but I can't connect the device with my mobile app. I've restarted my phone, reset the fitbit but the app still won't find him. 

What do I do? I was able to connect my fitbit to the app for Mac, but I also want it on my phone..

Have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
