When I go to the exercise tab and click on the biking icon it keeps poping up with launch fitbit app and device not found. I have restarted my phone, turn Bluetooth on and off, deleted inspire hr from my account and put it back on it, tried turning on and off the Wi-Fi and using mobile data. Can anyone help.

Hi @llttss22, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding.
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.
