Connection difficulties between Bluetooth and Inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I go to the exercise tab and click on the biking icon it keeps poping up with launch fitbit app and device not found. I have restarted my phone, turn Bluetooth on and off, deleted inspire hr from my account and put it back on it, tried turning on and off the Wi-Fi and using mobile data. Can anyone help.

Hi @llttss22, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. Then, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.
