My new Inspire HR is not connecting to my Oneplus 7 pro, after I download the app and go to connect a device it keeps "searching" for the inspire HR, however it never finds it. I've tried multiple things already like: reinstalling the app, resetting my phone, I even already brought one of the Inspire HR's back to the store (Was a used one, thought the problem might have because of that). It does show up in the list of possible devices when I go to manually connect it via settings, however it never connects. Anyone with experience with this or that can help?

Tried the steps it said, unfortunately still can't connect. I've opened up a support tickets, would really it to work but I think I might have to return it to the store.
