Thanks for your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which connection difficulties are you experiencing with your Charge HR and your Samsung Galaxy Note 10? Keep in mind that your mobile device is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it.
