The Fitbit app will not download onto my phone, I was having difficulty syncing my watch to the app, when I looked up what to do the help site suggested I uninstall then reinstall the app again and it will not let me keeps saying try again later. I have plenty memory on my phone and I've tried restarting my phone. I've also tried I other devices/ phones

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? Please check that the Android version is up to date and then reboot your mobile device to try again.
