My bluetooth is paired but will not connect. I did everything from force stop the app, unpaired bluetooth, uninstalled app, and it does nothin . What can I do?

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Samsung Galaxy S10+ that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I have it working. It was wth my messages. It was synched to regular messages instead of message plus. Found a YouTube video and it showed how to fix it. Thank you
