Sometimes my versa connect and sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes I receive text and sometimes I don't.
I love fitbit and have been in the community for years, but I am starting to think, after struggling with this for 3 days..I need to send it back and switch to Samsung.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such connection difficulties with it? When you say that your Versa 2 connect and sometimes it doesn't, you mean that syncing difficulties are experienced or this is related with the notifications issue too? In the meantime I receive your clarification, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
