Connection difficulties with Versa Lite and Samsung S7

Just got this watch for Christmas 2019 like 2 weeks ago.. I have read and tried everything it will sync and work for about 5 mins and looses bluetooth connection.  Fitbit.. you have been in business for how many year and still cannot get it right.  This watch is a total disappointment.. my sister also got one.. and hers is doing the same thing. In my opinion they are junk.  This is so frustrating.. Yes I restarted the Fitbit.. yes I deleted all other BT connection in my phone.. Optimized battery.. not optimized battery usage.. and on and on.. nothing works.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experience this situation and how many times since then? Do you connect any other Bluetooth device when using the Versa Lite that can cause interference?

 

In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Samsung Galaxy S7 that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
