Connection difficulties with Versa Lite

Just bought a Versa Lite, done all the set up but encountering some problems. Not all messages are coming through, it's speradic. It's saying I'm burning way more calories than I actually am, which is annoying as that's 1 reason I bout the watch. I can't connect to any music as watch is saying to pair with my phone, which it's paired with. I have uninstalled the app on my phone, turned the watch off and on again. Tried finding solutions online but nothing seems to be working. Any ideas please?

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting your Versa Lite prior to posting, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with the notifications, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using with your Versa Lite? Are you not receiving text or phone call notifications? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

 

In regards the calories issue, please check our help article: How does my Fitbit device calculate calories burned? for a better understanding of how your device calculates the calories you burned during the day. Lastly, for the music concern, which app are you using?
