My versa just got updated and before updating it was perfectly fine when staying paired to my phone for controlling my music on my Samsung. Now after updating, my versa wont stay paired to my phone for controlling my music. Sometimes it will stay paired for 10 mins but that's all. Before my update my versa stayed paired to my phone even when I left my house (with wifi) and went out either driving to work, going to eat (I turn my data off) I have tried uninstalling the app and restarted my phone and it worked for a minute but that's al . And sometimes notifications dont come through without wifi. Which was never a problem before. Help! Any way to fix this??

Hello @Clairee832, welcome to the Community Forums!
The information and details that were shared in your post are appreciated, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Samsung mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced connection difficulties and how many times since the update? To use the Music Control feature, your Versa uses Bluetooth classic to connect with your phone, therefore, looks like the root cause is in the Bluetooth connection.
Please keep me posted and make sure that your mobile device is compatible with our products and services because a compatibility concern can cause connection difficulties.
Looking forward to your reply.

I use a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and I started having trouble when I updated my versa about 3 days ago. And everytime I pair my versa with phone on my bluetooth page of my phone it works fine. When I leave the page of my phone and the bluetooth settings of my versa, my watch changes from pair to off on the music controls. My phone then disconnects from my watch. This happens everytime since the newest update
