I've a Xiaomi A1 which runs android 9.
When I attempt to pair the phone with my Blaze I get a classic error telling you to restart your fitbit, your phone, and pray to have the chance of making it work. The problem is, I've been attempting everything over the past 12 months and still, nothing.
The app detects the blaze but it fails after that.
What's going wrong? Will I've to keep my Blaze on my desks' drawer forever?
It makes me sad because I paid 140€ for something that I barely used.
Hope we can find a solution for this.
Thank you guys.

Hi @mreis1, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for your patience troubleshooting your Blaze prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that the Xiaomi A1 mobile device isn't listed as a compatible phone with our products and services, this is the reason why you're experiencing some connection difficulties with the Bluetooth classic. Therefore, can you please try with a compatible device instead and let me know if the issue persists?
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
