OK I have gone over and over this forum the last week or so and nothing works and I'm getting to the point on giving up on fitbit....
I have the blaze and S7 Both updated both connected.. I've gone through all the trouble shooting in here and still no joy..
My blaze keeps dropping connection with my phone and when I try to sync on the app it keeps saying Bluetooth issue.. So i restart Bluetooth click blaze (classic) and it connects.. I try to sync and no joy... I have to restart my phone and blaze then it will connect and sync. Leave the app a cpl of hours and yet again the blaze and phone have dropped connection... So again I connect... Go to sync and yet again same error... Issue with Bluetooth pls restart...
Any help before I stamp on them... Thank you.

Hi, @Wilf4208! One thing to note, Blaze classic is just the bluetooth the Blaze uses to allow you to control music. You might want to even consider turning it off from your tracker and seeing if that helps with your syncing. As far as the other issue, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? I was having the same issue as you for a while and then the app ended up getting totally corrupted anyway. After the reinstall, things have been working much more smoothly.

Thanks. For the reply... Classic is the only one it will let me connect to I do have a blaze device to connect to but won't even pick up on that

thanks @MakMak i was facing the similar issues, your answer helped me a lot, i uninstalled too and its working fine for me.
