Connection issue with Versa 2 and Huawei P30 Pro

My notifications and syncing on the versa 2 work for Maybe 2 hours of the day and then stops. I have to reinstall the app everyday. This is so frustrating.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? For the syncing difficulties, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Huawei P30 Pro that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. In regards notifications, please check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Having the exact same issues with my P30 lite.  

Been through all the help steps provided. 

Fitbit says they are working on it.
