Hi @anastosf, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post and for the details that were shared. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

I have already done all of this. it wokrs only some times and when i restart my versa 2. I dont see a point when i have to restart my versa or my mobile
or to open and close the app or bluetooth. I dont know what is happening its not right to do all that things to work properly. It is not acceptable from a 200 euro watch. its very annoying not to work properly and not working all time

Hi Ricardo. Similar issue over here. Constantly I have to re-enable notifications on my Versa 3. The message on my Fitbit app says: "Notifications service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker." That of course doesn't help. It actually helps clearing all data got Fitbit app on my POCO, but that's neither a permanent success...

Hi everyone. It turned out that when I was cleaning my POCO and basically removing cookies and the apps running in the background I should have left FitBit untouched and let it run in the background, otherwise you lose the connection to your tracker. It's as simple solution as that! 🙂

I had the same problem and fixed it today. If you taken the following steps it should work.
1. Make sure Fitbit mobile app is not being optimized by Android. Go to your phone's battery settings and disable battery optimization for Fitbit app.
2. Lock Fitbit mobile app in the background, so it doesn't get killed by Android. Please take a look at this link.
3. In the Fitbit mobile app, tap on Versa icon in the top right corner, and scroll down to Keep Alive Widget. Enable it. Also, enable always connected.
