@Wsuhook7@Mickeyfreebs You must allow the Fitbit Notification Service to have Notification Access in your Android device. As this setting lives in multiple locations across different Android devices, I will let you know where mine lives but it may differ for you.
Go to Android settings > Lock screen & Security > Other security settings > Notification Access

Best AnswerThanks Erick, but it doesn't seem to be that. When I go into that setting it asks me to enable notifications and they are definitely already enabled.
I've made a few other changes. I'll see if that does anything...
