I haven't been able to reply messages from my friends for a couple of hours. Please how can I resolve this issue. I tried contacting some customer representatives but none were able to provide help even after updating my Fitbit App,clearing cache and even restarting my mobile device.  It's so disheartening and frustrating. I really need some help in resolving this issue.

Are you talking about replying to messages in the Fitbit App? I see you have tried updating the Fitbit App as well as clearing the cache. Have you considered uninstalling the Fitbit App then reinstalling it? You won’t lose any data doing so. 

If you want to give it a try just log out of the Fitbit App and delete it. Next restart your phone then download the Fitbit App again. Log back into the app as you normally would with your email address and password. Sync your Fitbit Tracker. Now attempt to respond to messages.
