"George Johnson" would not help me because I refuse to give him my email. I literally spent 8 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to get a problem resolved with my charge 5 and the sleep information not displaying on the watch itself and he refused to help me because I wouldn't provide my email. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said you can't speak to a supervisor unless you give your contact information. Fitbit sucks
Your email is how they can verify your account account and see your fitbit information to understand what you are talking about. That's your fitbit ID. It's not because they want to contact you.
