Try removeing the Versa 3 from your phones BT. Then open the app.
Also restart the phone this should clear all cache.
Alternatively the fitbit cache can be cleared through phone settings, app, fitbit, data, clear cache.

I am having the same problem with my Versa 4. I tried all the troubleshooters that are suggested on the web site and nothing worked 😞
