Hello, I just posted about my fitbit not syncing and I did get that sorted but now my heart rate is not updating...I have rebooted my charge HR, restarted my phone and checked that heart rate is turned on on my fitbit. It is recording my resting heart rate no problem but I also noticed my daily calorie count is too low but that seems to correct itself the next day. Not sure if that is related. I am starting to feel my Fitbit has issues. I have only had it since January.

Sorry to hear that your heart rate isn't being updated. Not sure if you are referring to your daily heart rate data for the whole day or if the resting heart rate isn't working. You could try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also please share a screenshot of what you are seeing so I have a better idea of where is the issue.

Hi, I did another reboot of my fitbit and restarted my phone and now it seems to be working again. Thanks!
