On my pc I know I can move tiles around the dashboard.

 

On my android phone with the new app 3.3 installed, is there a way to customize order and position of the stats?

Click the Edit button beside "Today".  Reposition with drag bar at right.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
