Since the Android system update for my Samsung Galaxy S8 a couple of days ago, the dashboard tile stats from previous days are gone. Whatever the current day's stats are is what shows for all previous days. I've rebooted my phone, turned off/on bluetooth. I don't want to delete the app and reload it because my current user name/password won't work on another download....can someone please help me?

Do you have the same problem when using the web dashboard at www.fitbit.com ?
The app dashboard works very strangely in that only the "today" section of the app scrolls when you change days - all the other tiles on the dashboard remain on today's values. Could this be what's happening here? If it is then the web dashboard should be working ok.
Best AnswerI have the same problem with the tiles not updating.
I have a Fitbit HR and the tiles do not update on my Galaxy Note 2, Note 4 and Samsung Tab A.
I can see the updated data when I tap on the tile.
The web page dashboard is working perfectly on each using Chrome.
I have tried the obvious recovery steps with no success. ( clear cache, clear data, uninstall/reinstall app. )
