Dashboard and challenge #s don't match

My dashboard shows my steps for the day being over 10000 but my numbers in the workweek hustle only show about 1100. The challenge shows it being synced and the numbers do change but they don't match the dashboard steps.

And yes I am in the same time zone as the person who started the challenge.

Welcome to our Community @Dixylnddelyt! Thanks for stopping by! Robot HappyPlease know there are some possible reasons for this to happen as the following:

 

1. Steps fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. 
2. You manually logged an activity. 
3. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app.

I'd also recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.

Fitbit ended up replacing my flex as that was just one of the issues it was having. Thanks.
