Hi,
I updated the Fitbit app on my Samsung S3 phone a couple of months back and now the dashboard does not show the most recent data. It takes a very long time for all the tiles to even show up. It is syncing, if I go further into the app the data is there. The data also shows up on the website. I've removed and reinstalled the app and that didn't fix anything. Are others having this problem? I don't use my phone for much so it's not like I'm running a ton of apps. It also destroys battery life on my phone. I can actually watch the % drop as the app runs. I have to actually go in and 'end' the app so as to not drain my battery in an hour.
